Finally got around to leaving a review for Swell Labs. I ordered a few things, mostly kitchen stuff, about a month ago. Delivery was okay, took about a week which is pretty standard these days. Everything arrived well-packaged, no complaints there. The products themselves are decent quality for what they are – reusable, zero-waste, all that good stuff. I appreciate the concept, and it's why I chose them over other places. My main gripe is the website experience. It felt a bit clunky, especially on mobile. Finding what I wanted took a little longer than it should have, and the filters weren't super intuitive. Also, I had a question about one of the product materials and customer service took a couple of days to get back to me. Not a huge deal, but a quicker response would've been nice. Overall, it's alright, but there's definitely room for improvement on the user experience side of things.

I got the sustainable shampoo bar from Swell Labs. It arrived pretty quick, like 4 days to Bangalore. Works well, my hair feels clean and not dry. Will probably buy again.

Got it with free shipping too since my order was over 50. It took about a week to reach Delhi, which was okay. The product itself is pretty good, keeps me fresh. Felt like a solid purchase for the price.

Loved the body wash and moisturizer

Swell Labs is fantastic! I ordered the eco friendly body wash and natural moisturizer. Both smell really good and feel so nice on my skin, very hydrating. Shipping was quicker than I thought for international, just 8 days to Mumbai. Their packaging was all paper and no plastic, which I really appreciate. Definitely planning to get more things, maybe the sustainable skincare kit next time. Recommended to my sister already!

OMG, I just had to share my experience with Swell Labs! I've been trying to reduce my waste for ages, and their website is just a treasure trove of amazing reusable stuff. I grabbed a few things – some silicone food covers and a really cute bamboo utensil set. Everything arrived super quickly, which was awesome! The packaging was minimal too, which I really appreciate. The only tiny thing is that one of the silicone covers felt a little thinner than I expected, but it still works perfectly fine, so no biggie! I'm already planning my next order. Seriously, I'm telling all my friends about this place. So good!

My Go-To for Zero-Waste

I've ordered from Swell Labs a few times now, and they're really consistent. My first order was for some reusable produce bags and a solid shampoo bar, and everything was great. This last one, I got a couple of bamboo toothbrushes and another shampoo bar – trying a different scent this time. Delivery is always reliable, usually within a week, which is perfectly fine for me. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and it's always good quality for the price. The only minor thing this time was one of the toothbrush boxes was a little squashed, but the brush itself was fine. Nothing major, just a tiny observation.

OMG, I finally ordered from Swell Labs and I'm so stoked! I've been trying to switch to more reusable stuff, and their site popped up. The selection is seriously amazing, I wanted to buy everything! I got a few things, and they arrived super fast, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was packaged really well, no plastic in sight, which is a HUGE plus for a zero-waste store, right?! My only tiny little thing is that one of the items felt a little flimsier than I expected for the price, but it's still totally usable.
